50. YEUX, OREILLES, NEZ
Grand-papa has lost his glasses and can’t see; Paul’s ears hurt and he can’t hear; Maman has a cold and she can’t smell anything. What a mess! Everyone becomes aware of the precious gift of their five senses.
51. SURPRISE!
Papa surprises Maman with something special; the twins immediately want to follow suit. Through trial and error, the twins come to appreciate the difference between a nice surprise and a bad one.

Suzanne wakes up on the wrong side of the bed. The whole family suffers because of it. She improves her mood by following the example of the bear who comes out of his cave to find the sunshine.
